4. Data Storage & Infrastructure

Your hosted data resides on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in the eu-turin-1 region (Milan, Italy), within the European Union. Account and billing data is stored on our billing system (stock.kznhost.com), also hosted on EU infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the service contract plus 3 years for billing and legal compliance purposes. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Upon account termination, hosted data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Third Parties

We share data only with:

  • Stripe / PayPal — payment processing
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosting infrastructure (EU region)
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
