These Terms of Service govern your use of hosting services provided by KZNhost (operated by Alexandru Cazan, Bucharest, Romania). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
KZNhost provides managed web hosting on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), eu-turin-1 region (Milan, Italy). The current offering is a single plan: The K Plan — 15GB SSD NVMe, 3 domains, unlimited bandwidth, CyberPanel, LiteSpeed Enterprise, daily backups, SSL, 24/7 NOC monitoring.
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
Services are billed annually at €9.99/month (€119.88/year). Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal. Invoices are issued through our billing system at stock.kznhost.com. Failure to pay within 14 days of invoice date may result in service suspension.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new accounts. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment. Renewals are non-refundable.
KZNhost guarantees 99.9% network and service uptime (HTTP, IMAP, SMTP). Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. In the event of SLA breach, service credits may be issued upon request.
Daily automated backups are included. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. KZNhost is not liable for data loss in the event of hardware failure or accidental deletion.
KZNhost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Accounts inactive for more than 90 days following non-payment will be permanently deleted.
KZNhost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved under Romanian jurisdiction.
KZNhost may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
KZNhost is operated by PFA Cazan C. Alexandru — sole proprietorship (persoana fizica autorizata) registered in Romania.
