Unlimited Policy
What is "unlimited" space/bandwidth all about?
When talking about unlimited space and bandwidth we mean that we don't charge you for additional space and/or bandwidth. We cannot offer unlimited services as there is no such thing as unlimited space hard disk or unlimited bandwidth. Therefore we want to make this clear: We DO NOT charge extra for additional space and/or bandwidth - this is the way how "unlimited" goes.
Then my account is limited?
Your account will be set up with a 1GB space and 1GB traffic/month. If you exceed traffic and/or bandwidth, then simply submit a support ticket with subject "Increase space and/or bandwidth limit" and we will always increment your account with 0.5GB each time you want this in less than one hour at NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
PS: If you know some one or some company that sells "Unlimited Hard Drive" please let us know as we will instantly buy one to offer you the most wanted "unlimited space" :)
